AC/DC frontman Phil Rudd real name Phillip Hugh Normnan Witschke Rudzevecis, he has been guilty for being on possession of cannabis and his criminal record could affect the band's future touring plans.
His lawyer 56 years old asked that to be discharged because a court definitely could affect his job.
